We aim to deliver orders within 7 days from the point you placed your order depending on your location, but this is not guaranteed.
DELIVERY COSTS
We are currently offering free delivery on all orders over £50. Any orders under that will have a £5 delivery charge. If you are based in Stoke St Gregory or North Curry your delivery will be free if you have spent over £15 or more with us. (under £15 a £5 delivery charge will be applied).

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Debit Card, VISA, Apple Pay, G Pay and MasterCard via iZettle or cash on delivery.
Once your order is placed we will contact you to arrange delivery. By placing your order you are reserving your chosen products. Please check spam folders for emails.
Deliveries will be made to the front of your property only and left in a safe place, we are sorry but we are not able to lift products into your home or garden. If the driver is unable to raise you then photographic evidence will be taken as proof of delivery.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you wish to refund or return an item for any reason please contact us via email within 24hrs of your delivery and we will contact you.
